Free shipping on orders $500+
Scents must be ordered in a minimum qty of 3 per scent, and can be increased in increments of 3 (ie, 3, 6, 9, 12, and so on). As we are a small, handmade candle studio, payment is due in full prior to production. As we grow, we hope to be able to offer Net30 terms to repeat customers.
Our current production time is 8-10 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. We ship via USPS or UPS. The shipping fee will automatically be added to your cart at checkout. We do offer free shipping on orders of $500+.
At this time, we are only able to ship within the USA and Canada within this software. If you are an international stockist interested in carrying our line, please email us at heather@wildmountainwax.com for other options.
Wild Mountain Wax Co has no control over shipping carriers, which may experience delays during Covid-19 and holidays. We cannot be held responsible for shipments once they are deemed delivered by the carrier. Please keep an eye on your tracking and be available to receive your shipment.
If you are local to the Portland, Oregon area and wish to avoid shipping fees, you are welcome to pick up your order at our studio during our retail store hours at 6416 SE Foster Rd, Portland OR 97206. We are open Thursday + Friday from 11-5 and Saturday + Sunday from 10-5. Just select “local pick up” at checkout.
All returns must be requested and approved. All claims for damages or shortages must be reported to Wild Mountain Wax Co within 5 days of order receipt. To file a claim, please email us at heather@wildmountainwax.com. After a review of your request, we will offer a replacement or future credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and goods may not be exchanged or returned for any other reason but for damage or shortage.

All of our candles are handcrafted in our studio located at 6416 SE Foster Rd in Portland, OR 97206. Candle studio tours are available by appointment only. Our retail store is open Thursday + Friday from 11-5 and Saturday + Sunday from 10-5 for sniffing out candle scents or picking up orders.
