Crafted in Portland by Trail toddy, this hot toddy pouch includes honeybush tea, star anise, cinnamon, lemon peel, clove, and honey sugar, topped with a slice of dehydrated lemon that is simmered in Oregonian wildflower honey as a garnish.
Preparation: Place toddy contents in a mug and add 8 oz hot water. Cover and steep 4 minutes, then add 1.5 oz of liquor if desired. Stir, sip, and enjoy. Best made with Rum or Brandy.
